The article title is Causes of High Blood Pressure it was written by Elizabeth Klodas. Blood pressure is the amount of force exerted against the walls of the arteries as flows through them. High blood pressure or hypertension is very dangerous because it makes the Heart task too difficult, and makes the process of pumping blood very hard.

A blood pressure reading has normal numbers, The normal number is less than 120 over 80. High blood pressure has two stages. The first stage is 140-159 over 90-99, and the second stage is 160 and above over 100 and above. The people who are over age 60 have another number, the number is 150 and above over 90 and above. People should go to the doctor if they have blood pressure above the normal range
.
The causes of high blood pressure are unknown, but there are many factors and conditions could be the causes such as: Smoking, obesity, laziness in activity, eat salt overly, drunk alcohol overly (more than 1 or 2 drinks per day), Stress, older people, genetics, suffering of the family of high blood pressure, Chronic kidney disease, Adrenal and thyroid disorders .

There are many patients in U.S but 95% of reported high blood pressure cases are unknowns the causes, they called this type of high blood pressure -Essential Hypertension-. High blood pressure greatly affect the family, its effect on the men more than the women. The diet is also influential, people who eat too much salt, they are more likely to have high blood pressure.


There is another type is called -Secondary Hypertension-, which can the doctors know the causes of it, There are many reasons causing high blood pressure, kidney disease, tumors and other abnormalities in the adrenal glands, grains of pregnancy, and some medications that lead to constriction of the blood vessels.

         People who are more likely to get high blood pressure are, family infected will inherited disease of the children, smokers, African Americans, pregnant women, women who take the pill, the elderly, people who do not exercise, people who drink alcohol, people who eat the food fat and salt in abundance, people who have sleep apnea
