In the article Physical Effects Of Asthma the author writes about Asthma and its physical effects. At first, the author explains the effects of asthma such as physical effects and what can it do for the person. Then, he adds another effect of asthma such as e psychological and social effects, but he explains that not all person get these.

The author then writes about physical symptoms, and he explains that The symptoms are different from person to person. The symptoms of asthma are cough, wheeze, tight feeling in the chest, shortness of breath, and awakening at night from cough or wheeze. The author then adds that the symptoms in children are differ from adults, and he adds some symptoms such as restlessness, trouble sitting still, crankiness, worried and scared, pale, sweaty skin, and fast breathing.

The author then writes about asthma severity, and he and he says until this time we do not know the main cause of asthma and why some people have asthma stronger than other people. And he adds National guidelines developed by an expert committee, which is divided asthma into four levels :

The first level, mild intermittent, which has wheeze or cough two or Fewer Times each week, and symptoms at night two or Fewer Times per month.

The second level, mild persistent, which has wheeze or cough 3-6 times per week, symptoms at Night 3-4 Times each month, and multiply Symptoms with Activity.

The third level, moderate persistent, which has daily symptoms, symptoms at night 5 or more times each month, and inability to exercises.

Fourth level, severe persistent, which has continual symptoms limiting activity, frequent exacerbation, and frequent symptoms at night.

The author doesn't write about the causes of Asthma, so I get some information from this Causes. In this page the author writes the causes of asthma and he explains that the causes are not clear yet, but the causes maybe because some a combination of environmental and genetic factors. Then the author adds some causes such as exposure to substances that cause allergies, respiratory infections, cold air, Air pollutants, some medicines, Sulfites and preservatives added to food.
