Fat Makes You Fat :
It’s depends on what type of fats you are eating such as fats in chips, cookie, and greasy food. They are all can increase your cholesterol and you risk for disease. However , good fats , like fats find in nuts, avocados,and salmon, can protect your heart and support your overall health. 

Stop Snacking : 
Stop snacking can make you lose weight. Eating in small and frequent amount are great way to be hunger. You should control portion sizes, and choose better nutrition choices. It’s dose not mean that you can not eat snacks. You can eat snacks but only smart snacks and you will get diet. Smart snacks such as  nuts , fruits, and yogurt will keep your energy levels high throughout the day.

Load Up On Protein :
Eating a lot of protein is not the way to be healthy and to weight loss. Because the body needs three macronutrients. The three micronutrients are protein, carbohydrates and fat.

Eat less Gluten :
We eat too many refined grains which are foods made by flour or other refined grains.



Treat yourself on the weekends :
If you are trying to lose your weight, your weekends should not be free for all. You need a plan for your weekends. You should limit yourself to one cocktail. Don’t tend to sleep almost the day or miss your workout. Avoiding to drink more alcohol and have heavier meals.

Skip Breakfast :
Most of people always end up overeating at lunch and dinner ,and they often save at breakfast. In fact, people who have successfully lose weight, regularly eat a healthy breakfast. It will be better if you eat breakfast which has high in protein.

Don’t eat meat :
Beef is a healthy and convenient protein which contains iron. But the problem is when you eat meat with cheese , bacon and onion rings. Lean or grass-fed meat is better. It is more expensive than regular beef but there are the healthy perks such as vitamin E and omega 3. It worth to buy. Don’t forget to try to limit yourself to eat meat twice a week.
