Effects of bad eating habit_YIN JUHAO

We all know eating is a very important thing in our life. We gain energy by eating food, no matter what we do, we all need energy. In ancient term, human were very puniness, everyone did not have enough energy to support their daily activities, so they tried their best to eat the food what they could find. It was very correct to survival. But we have enough energy in modern society, we have a big matter about eating. We can not eat everything and eat as much  as possible. If you want to keep healthy, please don`t do that. I search some effects of bad eating habit in the internet. I will make a summary about what I find.

Firstly, there are some short term effects of  bad eating habit
1 If you eat fatty food or do not eat breakfast, you would have poor memory and terrible concentration abilities. Because our brain need glucose to work, fatty food or no food do not supply the glucose to brain.
2 If you eat too much, you would fell lethargy, fatigue. If you eat too little, you would be physical weakness and fainting.
3 If you eat too fast, eat too much, you would get indigestion and heartburn. That is very uncomfortable.
4 If you eat many fatty and spicy foods at night, you would not fall in asleep. and poor sleep would make effects of bad eating habit worse.
5 It is interesting , you bad eating habit can affect your moods.  Eating too little can make you feel
depression, tension and anger. Eating too much can also make you feel shame, guilt and depression.

Secondly,there are some long term effects of bad eating habit
1 If you do not eat breakfast,often eat fast food,eat a lot of food at night, you would be obesity. And you know obesity can bring you a lot of diseases.
2 Diabetes is very terrorist, you have to inject Insulin everyday. If you do not want that, just keep healthy eating habit.
3 If you get too much salt, you would have a high blood pressure. It is bad for your heart.
4 Do not eat too much unhealthy fat, it would increase the risk of heart disease.\

Finally, we know bad eating habits have lots of terrible effects. We should take care of ourselves and keep healthy.
