According to the article “The Effects of Stress on Your Body “, stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. Here is another thing stress can be positive by keeping us ready to avoid danger. There are some effects of stress, for instance; stress can lead to a condition called distress - -a negative stress reaction, distress can lead to physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure and chest pain. As the article said that research suggests that stress also can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or diseases. Also the article explained that Stress   becomes harmful when people use alcohol, tobacco, or drugs to try to relieve their stress which are these substances tend to keep the body in a stressed state and cause more problems. However the article gives some about people who suffer from the stress. For example, forty-three percent of all adults suffer adverse health effects from stress. Also seventy-five percent to 90% of all doctor’s office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints. Moreover, The Occupational Safety and Health Administration declared stress a hazard of the workplace .Also stress costs American industry more than $300 billion annually. Finally, the lifetime prevalence of an emotional disorder is more than 50%, often due to chronic, untreated stress reaction.

Stress can be effects on your health or on your body, and can be the main cause for many diseases. People who suffer from the stress can be face hard time to get sleeping, thinking, and foxing on his work. The question is what makes us get stress? How we can get rid of stress?. As we know there are many causes for getting stress , I summarized  some them above , and here is some other causes, like ,  life , work , family . Stress can be comes from the work by thinking a lot about your job, or can be comes from the family especially if you have the responsibility about them. And you can get rid of it by be far away from thinking about the small things, just foxing on the important things. I think that’s will be work.
